Neon as the current fashion trend
LOS ANGELES, CA (BDCi) — Hello fashionistas! Do you know how to mix neon colors into your outfit for this summer? Well, if you don’t, I’m here to help you with some useful tips about this colorful trend.
After three consecutive weeks of different fashion tips to complement your looks, this week I decided to bring you something a little bit more daring. It has been considered the biggest fashion fever of the moment. I am talking about NEON COLORS.
There is no need to freak out thinking that you are back in the 80’s. Remember, these colors were strong back then, however they are back with a different twist. This look seems to be getting around and becoming a massive preference this summer. In my opinion, it is visible everywhere you go, from fancy shops, cheap stores to web stores. It’s crazy!
You must be asking yourself, how is this even possible that such bright colors such could be so in right now? The explanation is simple; it is called THE FANTASTIC WORLD OF FASHION.
A good thing about this trend is its diversity in application. The style goes from clothing & shoes to accessories such as belts, necklaces, purses, glasses, sun glasses, watches and even nail polish, which by the way, looks absolutely amazing in neon colors.
Hollywood celebrities have definitely caught this newest fashion wave. Big names like Katy Perry and Nicky Minaj love it, and they can be seen wearing their bright outfits on the red carpets.
Have you tried to embrace this trend by wearing or using any of the aforementioned neon-colored items? I really hope so! If you haven’t yet, I strongly advise being a little daring yourself. These colors are beautiful, more widely acceptable and will boost your confidence.
I must confess that I admire whomever embraces new daring looks like this. I believe you must be either a real fashionista to go for it, or you are a pretty confident person. If you fit into one of the descriptions in my last statement above… YOU ROCK!
However, if you are unsure or lacking ideas on how to spice up your look, it should not be a problem; I will give you some fashion makeover tips starting now.
My advice: Since neon colors are quite bold and noticeable, be careful when you are shopping for accessories, shoes and clothing – – don’t overdo it. I’m sure you don’t want to look like a glowing stick in the middle of a rave, right?
Do you get how much more fun you can look by adding those crazy bright colors to your
outfit? Seriously – you have lots of options to choose from. You can either play safe or be more daring; it’s up to you how much you want to rock your look. As long as you don’t overdo it, you will be fine.
Don’t forget: The trick is to balance off the brightness with the plain colors like I mentioned above… it’s definitely a NO-NO to wear neon from head to toe, okay?
One more thing – don’t be afraid to experiment with neon colors as part of your makeup and or your nail polishes…it’s very IN right now.
