STUART, FL (BDCi) – The U.S. technology licensing and manufacturing company Ecosphere Technologies, Inc. has signed an exclusive agreement with a Brazilian environmental services company to deploy its patented Ozonix(R), a water treatment technology to be used in Brazil’s Food and Beverage industry.
Brasil Clean Energy is required to purchase at least $5 million worth of Ozonix(R) equipment over the next two years in order to maintain exclusivity.
The first Ozonix(R) water treatment system and manufacturing has begun at Ecosphere’s headquarters in Florida,, funded by Brasil Clean Energy.
The agreement is expected to attract several international companies, with additional Ozonix(R) licenses currently available in other countries and regions around the world.
