Thousands Expected at Free Health Care Clinic in Los Angeles LOS ANGELES, CA — Thousands of wristbands are being handed out Monday for an upcoming free health clinic in Los Angeles.
Dozens began lining up at the Los Angeles Sports Arena in Exposition Park overnight in hopes of receiving wristbands, which were set to be distributed at 1 p.m. Monday.
CareNow LA is hosting the free clinic at the Sports Arena — located at 3939 South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles — from October 20 through October 23.
An estimated 1200 patients are expected to receive free medical, dental and vision care each day. Only those with wristbands will be admitted to the clinic.
Television host and cardiothoracic surgeon, Dr. Mehmet Oz, will join the hundreds of volunteers, according to CareNow LA’s website.

Clinic hours are as follows: — Thursday, October 20: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — Friday, October 21: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. — Saturday October 22: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
— Sunday, October 23: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
